經(jīng)過春節(jié)假期的充電,小伙伴們是不是已經(jīng)陸續(xù)復(fù)工了呢?假期過后,難免會(huì)有一大堆待辦事項(xiàng):回復(fù)客戶詢盤、聯(lián)系工廠、安排生產(chǎn)……那么,如何快速理清工作脈絡(luò),盡快進(jìn)入狀態(tài)?本期文章為邦友們分享幾點(diǎn)實(shí)用建議。



第一步:開工郵件
及時(shí)發(fā)送復(fù)工通知郵件,不僅能告知客戶訂單狀態(tài),更能提升客戶信任感。這里提供五種常見場景的模板,使用時(shí)注意修改必要信息。

年前還未出貨的客戶:
Hi?[客戶姓名],
I hope this message finds you well.
We have resumed work as of today. I would like to inform you that your order is currently being processed and is expected to be completed by the end of February 2025. As soon as it is ready for shipment, I will promptly notify you.

第二步:調(diào)整工作信息
比如網(wǎng)站、社交媒體上及時(shí)更新原有的春節(jié)或假期信息,換上復(fù)工問候語,如“Good luck at the beginning!”,確保客戶在瀏覽時(shí)感受到最新動(dòng)態(tài)。?關(guān)閉或調(diào)整郵件或即時(shí)通訊工具的假期自動(dòng)回復(fù),更新為上班狀態(tài),確??蛻裟芗皶r(shí)收到你的回復(fù)。

第三步:跟進(jìn)合作伙伴
整理與訂單相關(guān)的上下游合作伙伴信息,如工廠、供應(yīng)商、貨代、船公司等。以復(fù)工+拜個(gè)晚年的方式,主動(dòng)聯(lián)系各合作伙伴,確認(rèn)開工情況,并做好記錄,為后續(xù)溝通打下基礎(chǔ)。

第四步:梳理訂單情況
針對訂單中的關(guān)鍵問題,比如如船運(yùn)安排、生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度、提單事宜、樣品規(guī)格等,逐一分類記錄。對每個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)進(jìn)行確認(rèn)和咨詢,確保心中有數(shù),從容應(yīng)對后續(xù)客戶溝通。
